Urlaub in einer toskanischen Villa nur 5 km von den Stränden entfernt. Das Podere Moraioli wurde im Jahr 2020 zum neuen Leben erweckt und von Grund auf restauriert. Durch die Aufteilung auf ein Haupthaus und eine Dependance, umgeben von 23 Hektar privatem Grundstück, ist es ideal für eine große Reisegruppe oder mehrere Familien die ihren Urlaub in der zauberhaften Toskana verbringen möchten.

Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine elektrisches Zufahrtstor mit einer Zypressen- und Olivenhainen gesäumten 200 m langen Zufahrt.

Das große Haupthaus besteht aus drei Wohneinheiten (zwei im Erdgeschoss und eines im ersten Stock). Die beiden Wohneinheiten im Erdgeschoss konnten aufgrund der wunderschönen Restauration der Ferienvilla miteinander verbunden werden. Das Apartment im ersten Stock hat einen separaten Eingang und eine schöne Panoramaterrasse. Das große und weitläufige (nicht eingezäunte) Grundstück von 23 Hektar umgibt das Anwesen und es befinden sich zwei überdachte und schattenspendende Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen im Aussenbereich. Für gemeinsame Grillabende darf der große gemauerte Aussengrill, sowie ein Holzofen nicht fehlen. Ein Highlight ist der große private und eingezäunte Swimmingpool (14 m x 7 m, Tiefe 1.10 m, Öffnungszeiten Mitte Mai bis Ende September), welcher über zwei verschließbare Eingangstürchen zugänglich ist. Der Swimmingpool hat einen sanften Einstieg über Stufen und ist umgeben von einem großen Sonnenbereich mit Liegen, Stühlen und Sonnenschirmen.
Ausgestattet ist der Podere mit einer Klimaanlage und einer Zentralheizung. Bei der Restauration wurde auf warmen Farben die eine gemütliche Wohnatmosphäre zaubern, Wert gelegt. Große Fenster durchfluten die Zimmer mit viel Licht.

Villa Avola is an exceptional designer villa directly facing the sea with an 11 m x 4 m private swimming pool. Because of its space, it is ideal for small groups or families. It is newly built and at ground level. The special thing about Villa Avola is that all rooms are accessible independently of each other and via an open path. This leads from the entrance to the property to the living room.

Each of the 5 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with a shower, double sinks and a private terrace. The living atmosphere is bright, fresh and of great style. A fully equipped open kitchen, a living room with large windows and views of the swimming pool and the fascinating sea of Sicily. The outdoor area offers a path that leads to the sea, first past the swimming pool and up to a gate on a cliff. You cannot dive into the sea in front of the property. Just 150 m away, there is a romantic and enchanting beach, which can be reached via a staircase carved into the rock.

The swimming pool is the ideal place to relax outdoors. A staircase with steps allows you to gently enter the pool. The view of the sea will accompany you.

Villa Cingoli has incredible views of Cingoli with its sweet hills that change color every week. Nature surrounds the villa in absolute privacy with its almost 8 hectares of land, where the olive grove is the master planted with 1200 plants from “Mignola” and 1000 with a satellite position produced by the Fibonacci formula.

The holiday villa consists of two parts, the main farmhouse and the pool house. The farmhouse was completely rebuilt, maintaining the old standard of a typical Märkisch farmhouse. Villa Cingoli is a fabulous, fully restored farmhouse located on the top of a hill in Cingoli, in the heart of the historic 'Le Marche region. ' Cingoli is one of the oldest villages in Italy. A few kilometers from this old medieval village, known as the “Balcony of the Marches”, the old farmhouse was converted into this luxurious villa. The villa is surrounded by beautiful countryside and vineyards.

The villa consists of 2 floors. Both on the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located, and on the ground floor, where the living area is located, guests have a spectacular view that they can enjoy day and night. The sound of silence will accompany your reading of a book rather than your favorite song or simply your relaxation. The farmhouse was completely rebuilt, maintaining the old standard of a typical Marche farmhouse. The villa has brought luxury back in style for all our guests to enjoy. It consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor kitchen realized for the farmhouse in stainless steel Italian design by “Ideal Cucine” equipped with professional appliances, an Ariston Combo refrigerator with freezer compartment 2m high, two Ariston barbecue hot points, a dishwasher and an Ariston cooking base. In the dining area, you will find an antique table 3.5 m long, which comes from northwestern Italy and can accommodate 14 people. In front of the kitchen is a designer piece from the company “Elite To Be”, on which you can cook or have breakfast, with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. In the living room of the house, there is some designer furniture from “Caccaro”, an Italian manufacturer of luxury furniture. In the middle of the stone wall, which was restored from the old house, is a floating fireplace by Focus, a designer piece from the 1960s, designed by Dominique Imbert and on display at the Guggenheim Museum in New York City. Also on the ground floor, our guests can spend an evening playing billiards with all guests and visitors at an original table built in 1958 by the Italian company Hermelin in Milan. The pool table was brought back to life after months of restoration. A bathroom with a washing machine completes the ground floor. A staircase made of glass and “pietra serena”, a local stone, takes our guests to the first floor, which is covered with a wooden floor made from old, restored oak beams. All four luxurious double rooms have a private bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms become an unforgettable experience when you sleep in a 100-year-old bed. A beautiful cottage completes the property.

An enchanting and exclusive property in southern Puglia

Borgo Gelso is a exclusive holiday villa in Puglia, which was completely renovated by the owners to restore the old architecture to its original beauty. Borgo Gelso consists of four independent buildings, each with luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms and its own kitchen.
In July and August, Borgo Gelso is only rented as a whole (for a maximum of 12 people), so you can exclusively use all rooms and luxury facilities. Outside these summer months, you can also rent one of the four independent accommodations (we will provide you with prices on request). They then share the swimming pool, garden and various terraces.

It is halfway between lecce and Capo di Leuca And if you want, you can call it home. The name Borgo is reminiscent of an autonomous structure surrounded by walls with 19th century charm and located right in the city center; a place where peace and wellbeing reign.
The estate pays homage to the mulberry tree, a century-old tree whose history is interwoven with Norman cultures and the vicissitudes of the Chinese emperors three millennia ago. It is the heir of a precious past and today provides shade and peace in a hamlet in the historic center of a small town in Salento.
Borgo Gelso is an ideal starting point: secluded yet centrally located, surrounded by an agricultural garden but equipped with all modern comforts. Starting with the organic mattresses, which give you new energy, to the mechanized window frames and the retractable lights, the modern furniture, the modern kitchens and services and — last but not least — the floor heating and cooling.
The 19th-century building typical of the area is reminiscent of a masseria with its renovated stone and tuff walls; a huge mulberry tree shades the largest courtyard and a small lemon grove is near the swimming pool and spa.

Each independent building has a cozy living room with relaxed sitting areas, fireplaces, and modern kitchens. Podere Cipressino surrounded by hazelnut trees... an unusual tree for the Tuscan soil. It overlooks about 45 hectares of its own surrounding land, a significant area of which is used for the cultivation of hazelnut trees. The reconstruction was completed in 2023 with the aim of using the typical materials used in tuscany to combine her such lovely face with the needs of our time. The stones, the cotto and the masterfully crafted travertine lead into the soul of Tuscany, while extensive WiFi, a chromotherapy shower, or a small fitness room are among the things that make the stay of our guests who have chosen this property as their holiday destination even more pleasant.
An approximately 700 m long private dirt road leads to a large shady parking lot behind the Tuscan country house. The country house is spread over two floors, which both have a separate entrance, but are connected by a common staircase inside the house.
Equipped for up to 14 people with 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, it offers a dream retreat for an unforgettable Vacation in Tuscany. Pets are welcome for a small fee.
A particular highlight of this country house is its magnificent view. From the large south-facing pergola with dining table and comfortable chairs, it is only a few steps to a brick grill, which is fired with wood. A romantic trail leads down to the infinity pool, which is fenced off for children's safety. Next to the swimming pool, a small room was equipped with fitness equipment. A charming terrace with garden lounge sofas and armchairs around an inviting fire bowl completes the exterior picture.

An award-winning designer villa in the heart of Salento

Villa Torre Bianca, a pearl of design, was designed by architect Lorenzo Grifantini, the head of DOS Architects, an established architecture firm based in London and an international portfolio. With the aim of escaping the hustle and bustle of London city life, they wanted to create an oasis of peace for their family in a place they love the most: Salento.
This white tower is not just a house, but a life experience. The interplay of architecture and natural elements, inside and outside, creates an environment that speaks for mental wellbeing.
Villa Torre Bianca, a fantastic property far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life; deliberate architectural simplicity and in the shade of the courtyard of this cool-modern enclave in Puglia, cacti have taken a bath. The design of the house consists of white walls and sharp corners as a backdrop for simple accents: a woven lantern, a wire chair, a reduced look from a design magazine.
The heart of this villa is outdoors, in a courtyard with a swimming pool, built-in BBQ and a 12-person dining room under a woven pergola, where sunlight and shade are constantly changing. Follow the steps along the tower and enjoy views across the city to Salento sea And light the gas fireplace after sunset.
The architect Lorenzo Grifantini designed the house based on other buildings in the area. The courtyard is modelled on traditional houses in the area, and the tower is modelled on that of a church. La Torre Bianca has received a number of design awards. Villa Rosellina, a fabulous example of a beautiful Tuscan country house. It is divided into a main and secondary purchase. Along the main road and after a 1 km long dirt road, the typical cypresses accompany the access road to the villa for the last 800 m. The Tuscan country house is situated in a privileged location with great privacy, ideal for an unforgettable holiday in Tuscany. The main house is spread over two living levels and offers space for up to 10 people with 5 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The annex offers another bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Villa Rosellina can therefore accommodate up to 12 people. The main house was once a stable and offers beautiful arches on the ground floor with the large hall that blend harmoniously into the kitchen. The fireplace, made from Livorno paving stones, cleverly separates the living room from the kitchen. A warming tiled stove is also available in the TV room.
