Vacation in a Tuscan villa just 5 km from the beaches. Podere Moraioli was brought back to life in 2020 and completely restored. The layout of a main house and an annex, surrounded by 23 hectares of private land, makes it ideal for a large travel group or several families who want to spend their holidays in enchanting Tuscany.
Access is via an electric access gate with a 200 m long driveway lined with cypress and olive groves.
The large main house consists of three residential units (two on the ground floor and one on the first floor). The two residential units on the ground floor could be connected together due to the wonderful restoration of the holiday villa. The first-floor apartment has a separate entrance and a lovely panoramic terrace. The large and extensive (unfenced) plot of 23 hectares surrounds the property and there are two covered and shady terraces with outdoor tables and chairs. For joint barbecues, the large brick outdoor grill and a wood oven should not be missing. A highlight is the large private and fenced swimming pool (14 m x 7 m, depth 1.10 m, opening hours from mid-May to the end of September), which is accessible via two lockable entrance doors. The swimming pool has a gentle entrance via steps and is surrounded by a large sun area with loungers, chairs and parasols.
The Podere is equipped with air conditioning and central heating. During the restoration, emphasis was placed on warm colors that create a cozy living atmosphere. Large windows flood the rooms with lots of light.
