Puglia

Apulia, also known as Puglia, is a charming region in southeastern Italy, renowned for its rich history, picturesque landscapes, and delicious cuisine. The region stretches along the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, boasting over 800 kilometers of coastline with numerous beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters.

The landscape of Apulia is characterized by gentle hills, expansive olive groves, and vineyards. The region is especially famous for its Trulli—traditional round stone houses with conical roofs, primarily found in the area around Alberobello. These unique structures are a UNESCO World Heritage site and a symbol of the region's architectural tradition.

Apulia's history dates back to ancient times, and it was once a significant center of Greek and Roman civilization. Today, numerous historical sites, including ancient amphitheaters, medieval castles, and impressive cathedrals, testify to this rich past. Notably, the city of Lecce, often referred to as the "Florence of the South," is celebrated for its baroque architecture.

Apulian cuisine is simple yet delicious, primarily based on fresh, local ingredients like olive oil, tomatoes, fresh fish, and pasta. The region is particularly famous for Orecchiette, small ear-shaped pasta traditionally served with turnip tops or tomato sauce.

Apulia is a true gem of Italy, enchanting every visitor with its natural beauty, cultural treasures, and culinary delights. Experience Apulia in one of our exclusive villas.
La Torre Bianca
Puglia
Wonderful designer villa by a famous architect in Salento. A historic 12 m high tower and luxury shops and the sea within walking distance.

Gagliano del Capo...
a quiet village in southern Puglia!

An award-winning designer villa in the heart of Salento

Villa Torre Bianca, a pearl of design, was designed by architect Lorenzo Grifantini, the head of DOS Architects, an established architecture firm based in London and an international portfolio. With the aim of escaping the hustle and bustle of London city life, they wanted to create an oasis of peace for their family in a place they love the most: Salento.
This white tower is not just a house, but a life experience. The interplay of architecture and natural elements, inside and outside, creates an environment that speaks for mental wellbeing.
Villa Torre Bianca, a fantastic property far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life; deliberate architectural simplicity and in the shade of the courtyard of this cool-modern enclave in Puglia, cacti have taken a bath. The design of the house consists of white walls and sharp corners as a backdrop for simple accents: a woven lantern, a wire chair, a reduced look from a design magazine.
The heart of this villa is outdoors, in a courtyard with a swimming pool, built-in BBQ and a 12-person dining room under a woven pergola, where sunlight and shade are constantly changing. Follow the steps along the tower and enjoy views across the city to Salento sea And light the gas fireplace after sunset.
The architect Lorenzo Grifantini designed the house based on other buildings in the area. The courtyard is modelled on traditional houses in the area, and the tower is modelled on that of a church. Inside, however, the economical decor allows light to flow across the floor, interrupted only by built-in sofas in the living room, a table in the dining room and an island in the fully equipped kitchen. Inside, however, the economical decor allows light to flow across the floor, interrupted only by built-in sofas in the living room, a table in the dining room and an island in the fully equipped kitchen.
The residence is located in the center of Gagliano del Capo, where all services are within walking distance. The sea can be reached via a steep path in 10 minutes. All other beaches and famous cities can be reached within 10 to 20 minutes by car.
La Torre Bianca has received a number of design awards. These include the winners of the National In/Architecture Prize for 2020, which was created by INARCH, the Italian Chamber of Architects, for the best building built in Italy in the last five years, which said of La Torre Bianca that it “expresses an exceptional ability to fit into a strongly characterized historical context of the city of Gagliano del Capo. The architecture reinforces the contemporary nature of the linguistic and typological solutions, but does not easily give in to imitation and banal contextualism, but expresses its modernity with quality.”
The ecological aspect was also taken into account: The house is one meter above ground level and allows natural ventilation, even from below. The presence of sliding windows with double glazing favors natural ventilation in all rooms of the house. The impressive height of the rooms (4 m) promotes the exchange of hot and cold air in the house. Air circulation and ventilation are integral parts of the entire house construction. The walls are thick (45 cm) and provide the necessary thermal mass of the entire building.

Cingoli is one of the oldest villages in Italy!

A typical Marche country house with a luxury house

Villa Cingoli has incredible views of Cingoli with its sweet hills that change color every week. Nature surrounds the villa in absolute privacy with its almost 8 hectares of land, where the olive grove is the master planted with 1200 plants from “Mignola” and 1000 with a satellite position produced by the Fibonacci formula.

The holiday villa consists of two parts, the main farmhouse and the pool house. The farmhouse was completely rebuilt, maintaining the old standard of a typical Märkisch farmhouse. Villa Cingoli is a fabulous, fully restored farmhouse located on the top of a hill in Cingoli, in the heart of the historic 'Le Marche region. ' Cingoli is one of the oldest villages in Italy. A few kilometers from this old medieval village, known as the “Balcony of the Marches”, the old farmhouse was converted into this luxurious villa. The villa is surrounded by beautiful countryside and vineyards.

The villa consists of 2 floors. Both on the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located, and on the ground floor, where the living area is located, guests have a spectacular view that they can enjoy day and night. The sound of silence will accompany your reading of a book rather than your favorite song or simply your relaxation. A hydromassage with heated water in front of a unique landscape, during the day or evening in complete peace and intimacy. Walking barefoot in complete relaxation on the green lawn in front of the house during the day, an infinity pool 10×15 m with a small beach in front of a breathtaking landscape.

Relaxing is easy in the large garden with the 15-meter infinity pool, in the new heated 4x2 m hydromassage pool for 8 people and the lounge areas on the terrace next to the kitchen. The country house villa is a lovely place for a relaxing holiday and an ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful Marche!

The farmhouse was completely rebuilt, maintaining the old standard of a typical Marche farmhouse. The villa has brought luxury back in style for all our guests to enjoy. It consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor kitchen realized for the farmhouse in stainless steel Italian design by “Ideal Cucine” equipped with professional appliances, an Ariston Combo refrigerator with freezer compartment 2m high, two Ariston barbecue hot points, a dishwasher and an Ariston cooking base. In the dining area, you will find an antique table 3.5 m long, which comes from northwestern Italy and can accommodate 14 people. In front of the kitchen is a designer piece from the company “Elite To Be”, on which you can cook or have breakfast, with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. In the living room of the house, there is some designer furniture from “Caccaro”, an Italian manufacturer of luxury furniture. In the middle of the stone wall, which was restored from the old house, is a floating fireplace by Focus, a designer piece from the 1960s, designed by Dominique Imbert and on display at the Guggenheim Museum in New York City. Also on the ground floor, our guests can spend an evening playing billiards with all guests and visitors at an original table built in 1958 by the Italian company Hermelin in Milan. The pool table was brought back to life after months of restoration. A bathroom with a washing machine completes the ground floor. A staircase made of glass and “pietra serena”, a local stone, takes our guests to the first floor, which is covered with a wooden floor made from old, restored oak beams. All four luxurious double rooms have a private bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms become an unforgettable experience when you sleep in a 100-year-old bed.
