When you enter through the main door, you enter the spacious, open-plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining and living area. The living room overlooks the pool and gardens, as well as the olive groves behind the villa. From the living area, there is a passageway with long, narrow windows that produce soft rays of light. From here, you have access to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Clean, modern lines give the master bedroom a spacious ambiance. Glass patio doors provide direct access to the pool area. The windows and doors have built-in electric blinds for more privacy. There is plenty of storage space and a gray concrete seating area that can also be used as a dresser. The private bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower and a round sink. The second, smaller bedroom has two beds that can be set up as double or single beds. The elongated window lets in plenty of light and can also be closed with electronic blinds. Next door is the second bathroom, which also has a large walk-in rain shower and a large square sink.

You can enjoy your meals under the covered pergola or on the terrace. There is outdoor seating where you can relax and read a book. The 20-meter long pool is ideal for laps. Climbing the floating staircase, you can enjoy an aperitivo on the roof terrace as the days turn into gentle sunsets and sparkling stars.
