Villa Melissa is a luxurious and beautifully restored farmhouse in Le Marche with four en-suite bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests, across approximately 250 sqm of living space.

The holiday villa spans two levels and is equipped with an internal elevator. It is fully accessible, making it ideal for guests with limited mobility, multi-generational families, or groups who value comfortable and uncomplicated living.
Outside, an expansive garden surrounds the villa, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Metauro Valley, the mountain village of Peglio, and the distant Apennine Mountains. The impressive large swimming pool invites you to enjoy long, sunny afternoons and relaxed evenings. A charming veranda with a fireplace completes the offering and is ideal for dinners under the stars.

Open-plan kitchen with a central island, dining room with a large table. A panoramic veranda with openable glass walls. Two separate living rooms with sofas and armchairs, one with a TV offering streaming services only, and one with a fireplace. First Floor:
4 bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm) that can also be converted into two single beds. 3 bathrooms, each en-suite and equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and underfloor heating.
Outdoor Area (1,000 sqm):
Directly in front of the kitchen is a veranda with sliding glass doors that can be opened; here you will find a dining table and a fireplace that also serves as a barbecue.
Saltwater pool 10 × 3 m (150 cm deep) with 8 sun loungers. Heating is available upon request and for a fee, but only when outdoor temperatures are above 16 degrees Celsius. A wide, gently sloping ramp leads to the pool. Access is barrier-free and equipped with handrails. Parking spaces.

The villa spans two floors and features an elevator. It is designed to be barrier-free and step-free, thus offering comfortable access for elderly guests and individuals with limited mobility.
