Camporotondo is an exceptional property in the Marche region, where the Landlords placed value on individually designed spaces of unmistakable charm. For up to 12 people with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the villa offers ideal accommodation for two families due to two separate entrances.

The villa, which was rebuilt using original materials from an old farmhouse, combines traditional charm with modern comfort. Thick stone walls, exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors and thoughtful design give every room a warm and unique atmosphere. The villa can be rented in its entirety for up to 12 guests. Alternatively, you can rent just one of the two apartments (Camporotondo Sotto and Camporotondo Sopra), each accommodating up to 6 guests. Please note that when renting just one floor/apartment, you may be sharing the garden and pool with other guests.

On the ground floor (Camporotondo Sotto), there are three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a lovely porch. Access is via a separate entrance.
On the first floor (Camporotondo Sopra), there are three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a private balcony. Access is via a separate entrance.

The kitchens are fully equipped with a Jura coffee maker, a Smeg milk frother, kettle, toaster, mixer, KitchenAid food processor, citrus squeezer, and air fryer. You will also find plenty of cookware, cutlery and crockery. The living rooms are equipped with smart TVs, and the villa offers WiFi throughout the property. Step outside and take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool, relax on a sun lounger, or enjoy a glass of local wine under the pergola.
