Belvedere Manor offers 4 accommodation units (2 apartments and 2 holiday homes). Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating. A communal washing machine is available for the apartments without a washing machine.
Outside, a 12 m x 6 m swimming pool, barbecue, a charging station.

Luce is the largest accommodation in the estate. It is a luxurious and spacious apartment in a larger holiday home. From the private terrace, you can enjoy fantastic views of the garden, the pool and the Sibillini Islands National Park. A large dining table with chairs and a barbecue are also available.
The spacious ground floor has an open living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, four-burner gas stove and oven, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine as well as plenty of glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.
It has its own parking space and full use of the 6 × 12 m communal pool. If required, a charging station for electric cars is also available. There is also air conditioning for refreshment in summer and heating in winter.

Mezzo is one of the estate's family apartments. It is a luxurious and spacious apartment in a larger holiday home. It has private, covered terraces on both sides with fantastic views of the hills, the garden, the swimming pool and the mountains of the Sibillini Mountains National Park.
On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen with dining and living area and a separate toilet with washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, four-burner gas stove and oven, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine as well as plenty of glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. When rented by a family with older children, the attic room with a double bed can also be used. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

Nido is the newest addition to the farm. It is a luxurious, detached apartment for two people with fantastic panoramic views. The large glass doors lead to the private terrace, which not only lets in plenty of light but also offers a wonderful view. Adjoining the terrace is a small, private garden.
Nido has an open living/kitchen area with an adjoining double bedroom and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The modern kitchen is comfortably equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine as well as plenty of glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. In the living area, a comfortable sofa invites you to relax and enjoy the mountain views.
