The Villa has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with 6-burner stove, 2 ovens, dishwasher, American refrigerator with large freezer compartment, water filter and ice cube machine, fully automatic espresso machine, kettle, complete food processor, mixer, toaster and pasta machine. The stylish living and dining room is on the ground floor. From the living and dining room, you can access the terrace through one of the seven doors. The Villa also has a kamado grill and a pizza oven.
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have SwissSense box spring beds (3 x king size, 2 x single beds 90 × 180). The fourth room serves as a study or additional living room with television. Upstairs, there is a stunning master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, sitting area and plenty of storage space. All rooms on the first and second floors have newly installed and quiet air conditioners. In addition, almost all windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens.

A high-quality marble terrace, numerous seating areas, a spacious pool (18×4 meters). The pool is professionally cleaned once a week and is surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas.
There is also an outdoor shower with hot water and an additional toilet by the pool. Outside, there is a kamado grill and a pizza oven. The large dining table under the shady terrace is ideal for feasting. The villa has a hectare garden with olive trees, mulberry, fig, peach and nut trees. The Villa also has a small vine and a large vegetable patch with raised beds and plenty of space for yoga or meditation. There are covered and illuminated parking spaces for four cars.
