Restored with great care in 2015, the holiday home enchants with a classic Tuscan style, splashes of color, and stylish designer armchairs. The 1000 sqm fenced and meticulously maintained garden also delights dog owners. Amidst this dreamlike oasis is an 11m fantastic saltwater pool with Roman steps, allowing even the youngest guests a gentle entry into the refreshing cool water. The outdoor area delights with various features such as an outdoor kitchen and barbecue for delicious Pici (a typical Tuscan pasta), a crispy pizza with fresh vegetables, and a sweet, smooth panna cotta. Beautiful rattan sun loungers and two covered terraces with lounge furniture make a holiday in Tuscany perfect. While the adult guests relax on the terrace with a Chianti in the evening, the youngest guests count fireflies or play hide-and-seek in the garden to the sound of chirping crickets.
Upon entering through the charming archways, you'll find a super cozy living room with a dining area and an adjoining kitchen. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are distributed with one on the lower floor and two on the upper floor.
