The Alta Maremma of Tuscany...
the Etruscan coast with vines,
crystal clear sea,
rustic mountain villages!
Villa Rosellina, a fabulous example of a beautiful Tuscan country house. It is divided into a main and secondary purchase. Along the main road and after a 1 km long dirt road, the typical cypresses accompany the access road to the villa for the last 800 m. The Tuscan country house is situated in a privileged location with great privacy, ideal for an unforgettable holiday in Tuscany. The main house is spread over two living levels and offers space for up to 10 people with 5 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The annex offers another bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Villa Rosellina can therefore accommodate up to 12 people. The main house was once a stable and offers beautiful arches on the ground floor with the large hall that blend harmoniously into the kitchen. The fireplace, made from Livorno paving stones, cleverly separates the living room from the kitchen. A warming tiled stove is also available in the TV room. The first floor can be reached via the TV room and via the kitchen. On the first floor, there are 5 generously designed bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All rooms offer fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside and are equipped with heating, air conditioning and mosquito nets. The villa was furnished with great attention to detail, such as the wooden beams typical of Tuscan country houses, wrought-iron beds and large shower cubicles. The charming outdoor area invites you to dine and relax. A terrace with a large dining table, an open outdoor grill and the heated swimming pool are one of the highlights of this charming country house in Tuscany.
