The beautiful apartments are located just 3 km from Montaione. The town is a charming, sometimes quite lively, typical Tuscan village, where time seems to slow down. Located in the heart of Tuscany , it is surrounded by picturesque vineyards and olive groves, as well as untouched vegetation. Similar to its more famous neighboring towns, such as San Gimignano, Siena, and Volterra, Montaione nestles picturesquely on one of the characteristic hills of Tuscany. Florence and Pisa, with their international airports, history and culture, entertainment options, and many other amenities, are less than an hour away. Florence is also known for its excellent shopping.
The Seasons - Unlike tourist destinations that decline after the summer season and become ghost towns, Montaione , thanks to its many residents, is lively all year round and a wonderful destination for all four seasons. The changing of the seasons here is a special experience. While summers are generally warm and dry, spring and autumn can bring more rain, transforming the gentle hills into a green and colorful sea of blossoms. By the outdoor pool (18 m x 9 m x 1.4 m deep) there are several terraces with ample sun loungers and parasols for each apartment. The communal pool is heated from May to October. A well-equipped bar, an outdoor shower, and toilets complete the pool area. Private parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. Guests have the option to use a golf cart for unloading luggage and for transport to their accommodation.

During the design of these paths, particular emphasis was placed on preserving the privacy of individual residential units. Each residential unit has its own garden. Natural hedges of evergreen shrubs provide additional privacy. To illustrate the approximate position of these hedges, transparent white dividing lines have been added along the property boundaries in some photos.

The outdoor area of each residential unit is individually designed. Some units have a more spacious terrace than others. Some are covered, while others are more open. Common to all units is the option to customize the outdoor area later, within certain guidelines.
