Design and modernity in a Tuscan country villa just a few kilometers from the beaches of the Etruscan Coast. Relaxation, privacy and peace in the middle of a green oasis of an organically managed tenuta in Tuscany.
The Etruscan coast of Tuscany...
grapevines, clean sea, long sandy beaches,
rustic mountain villages and culinary delights!
Villa Ulivo, a symbiosis of Tuscan simplicity, maximum comfort and luxury in a privileged location in Tuscany.
Since the 16th century, the owner family has cultivated 580 hectares of land, organically and in harmony with nature. 5,000 olive groves, 8 hectares of vines, the Chianina Tuscan beef breed, bee colonies, the Pomarance sheep registered in the slow food list, and the cultivation of ancient cereals. For the younger guests of Villa Ulivo, there is a small park on the farm, which the owner has created for his own little daughter.
Free-range chickens, goats, geese; here, children can experience the animals and the natural cycle of a farm up close.
There are 4 charming country houses on this extensive area; each in its own right and an ancient mill in a fantastic panoramic location, which is used for tastings and the sale of the farm's own products.
Enjoy authentic Tuscany, as close to nature and pure, as private and exclusive as possible.
The large windows, warm colors of the furniture, ceilings and accessories have created an incomparable style. On the ground floor, there is a 60 sqm living room with an open fireplace and satellite TV, a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. All bedrooms, two of them on the ground floor and two more on the first floor, have a private bathroom and satellite TV. The outdoor area offers refreshments in the small pool and shady spots under the covered terrace.
