The newly built exclusive holiday villa is located in the village of Sampieri, near Fornace Penna and is reminiscent of the traditional country houses in south-eastern Sicily, which are made from the typical white Ragusa stone that covers the outer and some interior walls of the house.
Villa Cedro is very tastefully furnished and equipped with the best comfort. Attention to detail and particular attention to materials and surfaces are at the heart of this dream home. Three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower, one of them with access from outside, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious living room with TV. All rooms are air conditioned, have heating and WiFi. A washing machine and dishwasher, 3 TVs, an electric oven and a grill complete the holiday home.
